Click Privacy Statement

Last updated August 3, 2026

This Privacy Statement explains how Click AI Labs, Inc. (“Click,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit useclick.ai, create an account, subscribe to Click, or use the Click remote MCP service and connector tools (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, organization, account identifiers, and authentication information.
  • Subscription information, such as your plan, subscription status, billing identifiers, and transaction details. Our payment provider processes payment-card information; Click does not receive complete card numbers.
  • Service content, such as MCP requests, tool arguments, connector responses, results, and feedback you submit.
  • Usage and technical information, such as the tools used, timestamps, outcomes, account credit balance, client or browser information, and connection and security data.
  • Product analytics information, such as page paths, selected campaign parameters, signup and installation steps, and subscription and product-usage events. We also collect session replays of website visits, which may include page content and structure, navigation, clicks, scrolling, other interactions, and browser console output. For authenticated users, we also use the account email to label the corresponding product analytics profile.
  • Communications, including messages you send us for support, product questions, or feedback.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide, authenticate, operate, and maintain the Service;
  • route requested actions to connector providers;
  • manage subscriptions, billing, and credit balances;
  • respond to support requests and product feedback;
  • troubleshoot problems, monitor performance, prevent abuse, and protect the Service;
  • understand usage and improve Click; and
  • comply with law and enforce our agreements.

3. We do not sell or monetize user data

Click does not sell, rent, or broker personal information or Service content. We do not use it for targeted advertising.

4. When information is shared

We may share information only as reasonably necessary:

  • with identity, payment, hosting, database, security, support, and other infrastructure providers that help us run the Service;
  • with PostHog, which processes the product analytics information and website session recordings described above to help us understand and improve the Service;
  • with connector and data providers when you or your agent requests a tool or action—the request and relevant content may be sent to that provider, and its own terms and privacy practices may apply;
  • to comply with law, legal process, or valid government requests, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service;
  • in connection with a financing, acquisition, merger, sale, or other business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections; or
  • when you direct us to share information or give consent.

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you or your organization.

5. Service content and retention

Service inputs and outputs may be retained for a limited period to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service. Other account, subscription, usage, and feedback information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. Retention varies based on the type of information, operational needs, legal requirements, and applicable agreements.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, we delete or de-identify it. Some information may remain temporarily in backups, security records, or other systems until it is overwritten in the ordinary course, and we may retain information when required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card or bank-account numbers, government identification numbers, protected health information, or other highly sensitive regulated information through the Service.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use the Service carefully and protect your account credentials.

7. Your choices and rights

You may update certain account and subscription information through the Service or its hosted billing portal. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. Click does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. International use

Click and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have different data protection laws from your country of residence.

9. Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

10. Changes to this statement

We may update this Privacy Statement as the Service evolves. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when reasonably appropriate.
